Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Tie hair into a pony hair.
  3. Start braiding hair in the ponytail.
  4. Finish off the first braid and secure with a hair tie.

V- Braided Bun by Dionne Crowe:

Here’s a great hairstyle to try that will last even after a hard workout! Try to be careful and have fun if it takes you a couple of tries to get this down. The great thing about hair is that it doesn’t have to be flawless in order to be fantastic.

What you need:

Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Part your hair down the middle to divide it into two sections.
  3. Tie one section up so it doesn’t get in the way.
  4. Then half again so the shape is a triangle.
  5. Start braiding the first half of your hair (closest to the middle), beginning at the front near your part.
  6. Repeat on the other side.
  7. Pull remaining hair into a pongtail and make sure your hair is secure.
  8. Braid ponytail and connect 2 braids from the front.
  9. Finish off by turning hair into a bun. Use bobby pins to secure.

Dutch Braid Ponytail by Sorsha:

The dutch braided ponytail is one of my all-time favourite hairstyles. It’s easy and simple, and it keeps your hair out of your way!

What you need:

Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Part your hair down the middle to divide it into two sections.
  3. Tie one section up so it doesn’t get in the way.
  4. Part hair from the middle section.
  5. Start Dutch braiding the section of your hair, beginning at the front near your part.
  6. Continue to braid into the top and bottom sections of the braid until all of your hair is secure on one side.
  7. Finish off the first braid and secure with a hair tie.
  8. Repeat on the other side.
  9. Tie remaining hair into a ponytail, while adding the 2 braids.

Dutch Braids by Bodmon Zaid:

These chic braids can survive any exercise if they can remain in place during a boxing match. They’ll become one of your go-to exercises (and maybe even girls’ night out) hairstyles because they’re simple and trendy. Easy and quick hairstyles for the gym that are surely gym-proof

What you need:

  • Two hair ties
  • Brush or comb

Step-by-step:

  1. Brush or comb your hair.
  2. Part your hair down the middle to divide it into two sections.
  3. Tie one section up so it doesn’t get in the way.
  4. Start Dutch braiding the first half of your hair, beginning at the front near your part. (Dutch braids are the reverse of French braids.)
  5. Continue to pull new hair into the top and bottom sections of the braid until all of your hair is secure on one side.
  6. Finish off the first braid and secure with a hair tie.
  7. Repeat on the other side.
