Instructions
Fill the blender halfway with almond milk. Lemon juice, greens, avocado, ginger, chia seeds, and protein powder are sprinkled on top. Add a handful or two of ice cubes as well.
Place the lid on the blender and mix until smooth, using a tamper to assist.
To thicken and chill, add additional ice, or more coconut water to thin. Serve in glasses with a pinch of seeds on top and eat straight away.
Notes
If you're new to green smoothies, I recommend starting with baby spinach instead of kale because it has a milder flavour.
