Although most people are aware of this, we still don’t drink nearly enough water. That is why we designed a 30-Day Water Challenge worksheet to help you get started on your new healthy habit. This month, print it out and place it at your desk, on your refrigerator, or anywhere else where it will be seen.

What is a 30 Day Water Challange?

The regulations or standards may differ, but the fundamentals remain the same. For 30 days, drink 64 ounces of water every day. It’s crucial to keep track of how much water you’re drinking. During the day, that equates to 8 glasses of water for each person.

Why Start This Challange?

Water aids in the maintenance of body fluid balance. Water makes up roughly 60% of your body weight. Digestion, absorption, circulation, saliva production, nutrition delivery, and body temperature regulation are all activities of various physiological fluids. The brain activates the body’s thirst mechanism when you’re dehydrated.

Water is a method for constipation, and a closer examination of the body’s interconnected components explains why. Water is used by the kidneys to filter 120 to 150 quarts of blood and 1 to 2 quarts of urine every day. However, if the kidneys fail, extra fluid and waste can build up in the body. Water is essential for the kidneys to function properly and wastes to be eliminated from the body.

Instead of drinking soft drinks and energy drinks, drinking water can help with weight loss according to a study.

How Much Water Should We Drink A Day?

It is suggested that a person drink at least 8 cups of water each day. If you want to be more precise, split your body weight in half and drink that amount of water each day. A person weighing 150 pounds, for example, should aim to drink 75 ounces. You can figure out the answer and write it at the top of your worksheet.

Although it may appear to be a little detail, you may be amazed at how much better it feels to have lots of pure water coursing through your veins.

  • Purchase a new water bottle that lists the measurements on the side.
