If your hair is something like mine, it falls out of my hair elastics all the time. Or your hair is pulling and making you anxious until you actually got it the way you want it to look. There are 4 quick and easy hairstyles for runners that are surely running proof and will last all day!

  1. Brush or comb your hair.

  4. Finish off the ponytail but using a bobby pin below thw tonytail to secure.

What you need:

  • Five hair ties
  • Bobby pins
  • Brush or comb

Step-by-step:

  1. Hair should be brushed or combed.
  2. To separate your hair into two pieces, part it down the centre.
  3. Tie one part to keep it out of the way.
  4. Then cut it in half again to make a triangle.
  5. Beginning at the front at your part, braid the first half of your hair (closest to the centre).
  6. Rep on the other side.
  7. Make a pongtail with the remaining hair and make sure it’s secure.
  8. Braid ponytail and tie two braids together at the front.
  9. Make a bun with your hair to finish. Secure with bobby pins.

The low bun is one of my all-time favourite hairstyles. It’s easy and simple, and it keeps your hair out of your face!
