Healthy Almond Flour Pancakes in 10 mins
These easy healthy almond flour pancakes are light, fluffy, and they're made with just a few ingredients. Low-carb pancake recipe that uses almond flour instead of whole flour pancakes. Perfect for healthy breakfast and healthy snacks.

- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Seasalt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
To make the batter, combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk intensely. The batter should be runnier than regular pancake batter.
Cook for 2 minutes on either side and flip until the tops become dry and bubbles emerge – peek underneath for pleasant colour. Pancakes will burn if this is not done.
A dash of cinnamon and pure vanilla extract would go well as always.
Add banana, strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries on topple as topping with some little bit extra maple syrup if desired.
