How To Make The Best Acai Bowl At Home

A nutritious dinner may be made with sesame chicken and fried rice. It's a wonderful source of protein and healthful carbs. It's high in fibre, protein, copper, phosphorus, and selenium, and it may lower the risk of heart disease and inflammation.

Ingredients
  

  • Pure Unsweetened Acai 
  • Frozen Blueberries and Strawberries 
  • Frozen Banana
  • Milk
  • Granola
  • Seeds
  • Nuts
  • Fresh Sliced Fruit

Instructions
 

  • Put your fruit in the freezer. Slice your banana and place it on a parchment-lined small baking sheet or dish. Add the blueberries and strawberries to the same dish (store-bought frozen fruit will work just as well). Place the pan or dish in the freezer to thoroughly freeze the fruit.
  • Blend. Using a tamper, scrape the frozen milk into the bowl of a large, high-powered blender. Combine the frozen blueberries, strawberries, banana, and acai berries that have been split up in a blender. Using the tamper, press down the frozen fruit as much as possible while the blender is on low. Blend on low until smooth, adding more liquid only if necessary.
  • Assemble. Divide the smoothie between two bowls and top with as many toppings as you like. The best way to appreciate it is right now (because it will melt).
